What is sterling silver?
At OXARAH, we only use 925 sterling silver. It is a precious metal alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (added for hardness and strength). Over time it will tarnish, but can be restored to its original condition with a silver polishing cloth.
Sterling silver jewellery is superior to silver toned jewellery (coated with a silver colour substance) and silver plated jewellery (coated with a thin layer of silver). These coatings will wear off with use, exposing the base metals underneath. Depending on the base metals used, silver toned or plated jewellery can rust or turn the wearer’s skin green.
What does your sizing refer to?
The size of our bracelets and necklaces refers to the inner circumference measurement in centimeters.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes, feel free to contact us if there is a custom design you would like to be made (eg. variation on existing design such as a different combination and/or arrangement of gemstones).
Please note, there is no change of mind exchanges on custom orders.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.
Do you ship to parcel lockers?
Unfortunately we cannot to ship to parcel lockers.
To care for your OXARAH jewellery, please ensure you:
▪ Handle it with care – particularly delicate sterling silver parts
▪ Avoid prolonged or excessive stretching of bracelets
▪ Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume/cologne, cosmetics or other harsh chemicals
▪ Try to avoid wearing whilst swimming or showering
▪ Clean sterling silver elements with a silver polishing cloth to maintain finish
Each piece comes in a custom OXARAH jewellery pouch where you can store and protect it from abrasion.
We offer free shipping on all orders! Your jewellery will be made to order and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
We also offer express shipping for a flat rate of $6.90. Your jewellery will be made to order and dispatched within 24 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery within their express post network, which you may view here. (Note: parcels are dispatched from Melbourne Metro area.)
New Zealand, United States & Canada
Standard shipping is $12.50. Your jewellery will be made to order and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days to New Zealand and 6 to 13 business days to United States & Canada. Any import duty or tax that may apply for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, occasionally processing and/or delivery times may be a little longer during busy or peak times. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
If you simply change your mind, we accept exchanges. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange and the item/s must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
The item/s need to be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return and any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We endeavour to always maintain a high level of quality control. However please note that as gemstones are a natural earth element, the beads may differ slightly in markings, colour, shape or size and will not be identical to the online product image. Jewellery sizing may not be exact and may vary by a few millimetres.
Please take into account that different computer monitors will display colours differently.
Jewellery is not to be kept in reach of or worn by children who may swallow or ingest the beads.
Information in regards to the properties of our gemstones has been collected from various publications and sources. The spiritual and healing properties of stones is well documented, however, if you have concerns about your health, you should speak to a qualified medical professional.
Placing an Order
Adding product to your cart does not place that stock on hold. Please ensure that you proceed to the checkout promptly to avoid any possible disappointment.
To place an order you must:
▪ Provide at least your name, email, shipping address (within Australia or New Zealand) and payment details
▪ Be 18 years or older
▪ Be the authorized holder of a valid and accepted debit/credit card or PayPal account
▪ Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately it cannot be adjusted or cancelled, due to our jewellery being made to order.
To redeem a promotional code, it must be entered on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Only a single promotional code may be used on an order. Unique promotional codes can only be used by the intended recipient and are non-transferable.
Besides our offer of free standard shipping within Australia, shipping is charged at a flat rate per order placed. Any additional orders placed at a later time or date will be charged shipping accordingly.
We will only begin processing your order once full payment has been cleared.
We will always endeavour to adhere to a processing time of approximately 1 to 2 business days (and within 24 hours for express shipping orders), however this may take a little longer during busy or peak times. Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are not under our control.
If you provide an incorrect address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to OXARAH and you will be required to pay for shipping costs to re-deliver.
For international orders, any import duty or tax that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
If you simply change your mind, you may return for a credit note. The item/s must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return for change of mind if these requirements are not met. Buyers must first contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange, within 7 days of delivery.
Once we have authorised the return via email, the item/s must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, via a carrier that allows delivery to a PO box (eg. Australia Post). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item/s to us safely, therefore we highly recommend using postage with tracking and insurance.
Once received, the customer will be issued a credit note for the original amount of the item/s returned. Credit notes are valid for 90 days and must be redeemed in one transaction. Any original shipping costs (for express post domestic orders or international orders) are non-refundable.

At OXARAH we pride ourselves on providing quality pieces. However, in the rare occurrence you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us promptly at: email@example.com to request a return for inspection. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if there is deemed to be a minor fault, we will offer you a free repair. If there is deemed to be a major fault, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
Please note, general wear and tear or damage caused by not caring for your jewellery properly as outlined on our ‘Jewellery Care’ page, does not constitute a faulty product.
We will not be held responsible for delay or inability to perform business activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to:
